“Dr. Deepa Deshmukh has helped me to change to a plant based diet. Her goal is truly to heal with food. She knows so much about what our bodies need. I have been pre-diabetic for years and in March was diagnosed with diabetes. My A1C has now been lowered to 6.2. I also have had help with medicine ozempic and metformin but have had side affects of constipation. With the diet change to plant base I have benefited the most.
