“This place is great. We requested info on a used Explorer. The sales team reached out to us right away and sent us a cool video about the vehicle. The price they had online was one of the best ones out there and they were more than fair with our trade. When we did the paper work the finance guy Pat Duval was so polite and not pushy. Michelle Goss was our salesperson and she did a great job. We were so impressed with the service area,(Michelle showed it to us when we first visited to drive the Explorer ) that we brought our Honda Accord in for tires, they have amazing prices on all tires. “I did not buy my Ford Explorer through Wickstrom but that hasn’t stopped them from giving me outstanding service. I only take my explorer to Wickstrom thanks to their fantastic service department. I drive over 40 minutes to get my oil changed just so I can have these guys do the work. Austin in the service department has been awesome to work with. I’ve have a few recalls and a repair done and every time he’s kept me in the loop. The facility is clean and so welcoming and everyone is so nice. Hoping my explorer makes it quite a few more years but when I need a new car I’ll definitely be getting one through Wickstrom. Great job guys!”

“The people at Wickstrom Jeep are real human beings instead of the usual car salesmen monsters. And honestly, it was a breath of fresh air in our car buying process! We worked with Andrew Nichols, and he was straight up awesome. I bought a Jeep Cherokee three and a half years ago, and it wasn't nearly as easy as Andrew made our buying process. I was all ready to be up in arms, fighting for the best price, and his style was just like, "hey, here's the price." And you know what? That price beat every other dealer we'd been to or seen online. But above all, he was just a kind human being. He didn't waste our time, didn't play any games, and he seemed to just genuinely want the best for us. When we came to pick up the car, he handled everything from changing our plates to peeling off our existing city sticker to transfer to the new vehicle. I spent a whole lot of time at another dealership in the area without getting anywhere productive. At Wickstrom, I have no doubt if I'd asked less questions I could have been in and out in under an hour.
