“I took my rescue kitten to Companion Animal Hospital in Lake Zurich and could not have had a better experience. Upon my first call to their location they were able to articulate to me the out-of-pocket costs for the procedure so I could be prepared. The day before the procedure they called me to remind me about withholding food and water before surgery. And then they called me back to make sure I understood the cost and to see if I had any questions. When I dropped the kitten off I got such a good vibe from the place that I got her outstanding booster shot done while I was there. While she was under they trimmed her nails at no cost to me. A nice touch. When she was ready I got a call to come get her. At pickup post surgical treatment was explained to me. The next day they called to see how she was doing. I own a pet sitting service and use lots of vets. This was a top notch experience from booking to recovery. Thank You!”

Arthur built the most exquisite vintage engagement ring for my bride and he was a joy to work with. I first met with him having a picture and an idea. Him and his wife were gracious with their time, talking out the process to craft the most beautiful engagement ring. They happily shared their jewelry knowledge in order to do the right thing. They provided great choices and insight when I picked out the special gemstone, an ocean blue sapphire. When I returned to see the wax mold I could tell Arthur put thought into his work with pride. The final product was stunning. Arthur has years and years of honest, hardworking bench experience and it is quite obvious when you see the ring.
