“Didn't know where to go for lunch. Thought about Portillos. Thought about Longhorn (didn't see many people there), but kept going. Saw Applebees and haven't had that in awhile. Not many cars in the parking lot (sounds good!). Came in and went to the bar. Waited a couple minutes and was greeted by Davona. She was sweet and kept up with drinks (water and tea). Looked through then menu and decided on the Four-Cheese Mac &Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders. Glad I went with that. Sweet, cheesy and a little on the salty side and the chicken was perfect. So delicious! Also came with a bread stick and surprisingly that was good and well seasoned. For the price, it was worth it! Will be back! Also, I can watch Cubs game here! Of course there was a rain delay for them today.”

“Had a flat tire on crazy US36, removed tire and got to Advance 4 minutes before closing. Not only did they spend time after closing to fix tire, the owner followed us back to put tire back on with cordless impact wrench so I did not have to use manual lug wrench in cold/dark weather. This experience exceeded expectation with immediate uplift in mood from the bottom. Really appreciate going above and beyond and would not hesitate to use Advance again.”

She always make sure I get the most repairs for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata under my budget! Now that’s excellent customer service!!!! They always making sure Im fully satisfied leaving the shop!
