“Ridiculously nice people, I mean really nice, but too often mobile orders end up taking 10 to 15 minutes. I live 8 minutes away, order when I leave home but still sometimes end up waiting for 5 or so minutes even when I don't see tons of people there. Also, I don't understand why they put that green plug in the coffee lids when so many people just throw it out immediately - maybe it should just be something that people decide for themselves.”

He has gentle hands and always gives good explanation of any work or procedure that needs to be done. He also gives a little warning in anticipation of the next step he is about to do. His dental hygienists have all been (are) very friendly and kind. His front desk staff are always professional and nice. I don’t ever recall having to wait a long time from my appointed time. I’ll be going to Dr. Chan until he retires someday and I hope that won’t be for a long time yet!”

“We have used Dowrick Plumbing (Chuck the Plumber) for over 25 years and he is our go to plumber. Recently, I thought I had an easy DIY fix with a Moen diverter cartridge, however, after many attempts I could not extract the old one. David arrived and experienced the same problem. He eventually had to chisel and drill out the old cartridge and was able to save me from a very expensive repair bill. Techs always leave the area cleaned up and are very professional. Would highly recommend.”

“I had 2 orthopedic surgeons tell me I needed to rebuild my shoulder. I decided I wanted one more opinion and went to Dr. Denis P O'Brien. He examined my shoulder, moved it around and said "Cortisone injection and specific therapy". The injection and therapy was the answer. After a few weeks of therapy I am pain free and unlimited movement with my shoulder. I will not bother with other Ortho Dr.'s in the future, it would be a waste of my time, I will go directly to Dr. Denis O'Brien.”
