“I'm really shocked with the negative reviews. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I unfortunately totaled my car and it was brought here after the accident. From the customer service reps to the men in the yard, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I grabbed everything I needed. I had to come back a second time to grab something from my trunk I forgot (receipts for my insurance) and it was a little tricky because the stock number was registered to another car but they still worked to resolve the issue so I could retrieve the rest of my belongings. All in all, this place is great! They even offered me coffee and donuts while I waited. Sooooo nice!!!”

“After breaking down and my own road service leaving me stranded waiting for a tow for over 5 and a half hours in the freezing cold, Shirley Police recommended Mohawk Towing. The owner himself came out within 20 minutes, was very friendly and reasonable with the rate, even though it was around 11pm and got myself and my truck home safely. Thank you!!!”

“Brought in my Colnago for a carbon repair I was very pleased that I could not tell where the repair was made. Looks brand new! Both Toby and Jordan are highly conscientious and excellent communicators. If you have a carbon bike which needs high quality repair either paint or carbon this is the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“The good: Communication is great, service - no problem there, quick, and they know what they're doing. Also they do a good job explaining other issues that they see pop up, but without the pressure to try to get you to fix it with them immediately. The excellent: The mechanic that works there is very pleasant to talk to. I'm no pro at cars, but I try to understand what's going on, and he really takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he's really passionate about his work and wants the best for his customers. The bad: There was a grease/oil stain left on the seat of my car. Party foul. But not a deal breaker. Overall I'll certainly be back. I liked the service. EDIT: they offered to take my car in and clean it up for me. They ended up taking my car to a detail shop and my car has never looked so clean! I'm very happy about it. Excellent customer service. 5/5”

“Best church I have been to in a long time. Father D does an excellent job breaking down there weekly readings and relating it to us for daily use. The choir does an excellent job and everyone is friendly! The church has great windows with tons of natural light so it doesn't have a gloomy feel. I happy to be part of this parish.”

“Stopped in for an oil change and there was no appointment necessary which was great because I was in and out of there. The customer service was excellent. They were quick, friendly and very reasonable. They also told me they have auto detailing which I went back for and my car came out absolutely amazing!! “We discovered we had a leak in our roof in late November. After doing due-diligence we decided to go with Solid State Construction. From the first time we met with the sales rep (Heidi) we felt comfortable with our choice. Heidi was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. (and some we had not asked) We settled on materials and such, and the crew showed up when expected. Due to the extreme weather we had, the roof took a day longer than expected, but that crew was up on the roof working on a day it was 9 degrees out. The crew cleaned up after themselves and were so quiet, we didn't realize they were gone. Rob, the site manager kept in constant contact and answered any questions we had. Over all, a great experience and a nice new roof! We will use them again should we ever have another construction project.”

“The only reason I gave 4 stars is because our installation window was to be between 1 and 5pm. That morning my wife and I were on our way to an appointment when the door bell rang. This was 8:45am, it was the Closets by Design installer. We had to cancel our appointment. Other than this, it would have been a 5 star rating. The installation went smoothly and our new closet looks great. We are very happy with it and would recommend Closets by Design to anyone looking for a great closet.”
