“I called and asked about a price to get a few things fixed on my car.. the gentleman I talked to was very nice.. before he gave me a price he wanted me to bring in my car so he could look at it.. no charge to make sure of what I actually needed fixed.. I brought it in waited 3 hours.. he took me back and actually showed me what was wrong and gave me a fair price.. asked if anything else was wrong.. I said yes.. he took a look at it.. he got it all fixed in 1 day and I am super happy with the service.. 10/10 would and WILL come here again!!”

“If you're like me, taking your car into service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy. I appreciate the service team. Online booking is turn key. I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said no, thinking I had a spare. Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution. Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely. That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer. They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed. While I don't suggested you lock yourself out of your home to test the validity of my recommendation, I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills, if you are looking for an organization that values you as a customer. 3/9 update: Still working hard to care for your auto needs”
