“I have lived here for about a year now, the managers are super friendly and I feel my kids are safe where we are located. If we have any questions the managers missy and jenny answer them with full understanding. We have had no issues so far living here and to us it’s so peaceful. Again like I said depends where you’re located and what neighbors you have. This park is coming around 😊 keep up the great work!”

“The place was disappointing as the pics for the rooms were deceptive (hot tub was supposed to be separate from the bathroom) and the indoor pool (which was kinda chilly) and pool area was cold and dark. No clear instructions were provided in the room for the hot tub either. But the employees were top notch - helping whenever and however they could. Would consider returning the next time for a more reasonable amount of $$ if those employees are there.”

“This is a must when we come back home to visit! Although we enjoy camping here right now they have major construction on the South side which will wake you up early at 7:31 am. Beware if you want to sleep in. Otherwise no problem if you don't mind the bulldozers!! We feel it's a little pricey! Pool closed and with just water it was $56.00 a night.”

“Great campground well shaded I had a water view site. The owner is a really neat lady. I have never been any where I haven’t had to fill out a bunch of paperwork before getting settled in. I am disabled and she came to my site. Very quiet My only complaint is with the power company who shut it down one night to do some work.”

“I have lived here 3 1/2 years.Many improvements have been made to the park,the road was the best improvement. Since Charisse started working here, she is quick to respond to any inquires,issues, and always very nice. I would've given 5 stars if maintenance could be quicker in repairs. There are still things that were on my move in list that never got done. Example would be the kitchen lights don't work. (3 of them)”

“Stayed here the night before and night of my wedding. 90% of my out of town guests stayed here as well. The hotel was clean and welcoming, the room was more than spacious enough for 7 women to get ready in as well as 7 men to get ready in the room down the hallway. Breakfast was not bad for a complimentary meal. Parking was ample and safety was no concern given the area can be a little shady at times. My only complaint is that I wanted a king suite for obvious reasons, was given a double queen room.. this was my fault as I utilized a third party booking site. Once arrived, Kevin the front desk concierge tried to accommodate given it was my wedding weekend and I was getting married at the Spartan Manor, unfortunately the rooms were all booked.. so I appreciated his efforts and kept the party moving.. the walls are thick as well, we never heard people in the rooms next to us nor did anyone complain about my room which at times did get quite loud. Regardless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, given the price, quality and area you really can’t beat it.. PS the fluffy stray cats were an added bonus as well!”
