“We found A&R randomly late on a Friday afternoon, after we had a quote for some work to unclog a downspout. His price was less than half of another company and sounded spot on for the job. Angel was super quick to respond and scheduled the work for the following week. He contacted us on Sunday to inform us of an opening for Monday morning if we preferred and we took it. He was fantastic with communication the entire way, from the arrival time of his workers, updates with pictures of the worksite during and after. His crew was great, they were polite, neat and did the job well. We will definitely keep Angel in mind for future needs , which span beyond just gutters and downspouts.”

“I had an emergency situation as I got slapped in the eye by a branch and it was full of blood. Happened late in the afternoon on Friday before Labor Day. I called and they told me to come in immediately to get looked at. The doc was fantastic and completely accommodating. Luckily it was just a bruise and not punctured but they took care of me immediately. I was in town from Arizona and needed immediate action and while most places had already closed for the long weekend, Baldwin Eye Care was open and willing to take a look at my eye. Fantastic experience with exceptionally profession and personable staff. Really appreciate them and their customer focused attitude!”

“They have a hugh selection of beauty products to choose from and the prices are somewhat reasonable. I do wish they would get some shopping carts to assist people when the want to shop in the store. If a person is handicap and needs to use a walker or a scooter it's almost impossible to shop in the store. Much less even get in the store. More stores ( or builders) should utilize automated doors for easier access to them. I for one would really appreciate that. I just thought I'd mention that because, it would make it more convenient.”

“Took my Ram in with air suspension to get a 5” lift on it with new wheels and tires I got from Marcus also. First off Marcus has been great at keeping me in the loop on how things were going during the loft process. When I got it back all I could say was WOW! Ram looks great and Marcus’s customer service was top notch its no wonder hes doing my wifes 2021 Rubicon now doing a 3 1/2” lift now. Marcus was super knowledgeable and for that I am thankful. “A little over two years ago I found myself in need of a storage unit to keep my belongings safe while I awaited a new job opportunity. To say I was hesitant to keep all my possessions in a storage unit was an understatement. I grew up with my dad owning a u-store and expected to only find drive up, dirty, and mice infested locations. After calling around to a few location I was immediately impressed with the staff as they asked if I wanted to come in for a tour. Needless to say my experience here was a complete luxury in comparison to my previous experience. The staff took extra time to show me multiple units when I came in for my tour and answered so many of my questions. I was extremely impressed with a drive in, heated, and clean storage facility in Michigan. At first I thought I only needed the unit for 6 months well that ended up turning into a year and a half that staff was more than accommodating. If you are on the line about renting here or somewhere else pick here as you will be happy with your choice. The units are affordable, heated, drive in, with on site support staff, friendly tenants, and are mice free! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wish they had a location in Chicago.”

“The manager, Skylar, resolved some concerns I had with my furniture order and she did a great job doing it. I was missing some of my order and she checked the warehouse to find out if the system had been updated. Since it hadn’t, she is going to check it tomorrow and call me with an update. She also placed an order for a dinning room table that was missing from my order and arrange delivery in less than 2 weeks. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience and I have to say it was a great customer service experience for me.”

“I like this CVS and have been coming here for over 5 years, but I only buy alcohol cause it's state minimum and it's close to home. If I need food, I'll usually hit the grocery store as I try to plan ahead. I've never filled prescriptions here, so I can't comment about that, but from my perspective, everyone has always been very nice at this location and I like it a lot. It's always very clean and organized; never too busy. I'm extremely aware and conscientious of business practices and after a half a decade, I'd think I'd recognize what I see. If you look at my photos, you can see the manager, Juanita, changing the trash--that is a hard worker right there! She's the manager but isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. I think this is due to them being a little under-staffed, but even so, they do a great job keeping this location awesome by any means. Look at the amount of cars parked at CVS, speaks volumes.”
