“There’s no good time for a car collision, but someone wasn’t paying attention and hit me in July during the worst possible time in my life. I’ve got a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe with 193,000 miles that I’ve kept it in great shape & have paid off, and even though I could drive home from the accident & most damage was cosmetic my insurance still totaled the vehicle. I recently become the sole person responsible for my mom in a nursing home in West Bloomfield, and I was also in the middle of the mortgage process (so getting a car loan was totally impossible). I could keep the vehicle and get a “salvage title“ with a smaller insurance payout (the totaled amount wouldn’t cover a reliable used car), but I learned a lot of shops won’t work on vehicles with salvage titles. In come Petrusha & Son’s to save the day! I told them all I cared about was having a functional/reliable/road-legal vehicle, I did not care what it looked like at all so long as nothing dangled off. They were able to repair several things in house to keep costs low, and sourced great used parts for the rest. In a few weeks I was back on the road in my own car, and not only is it running exceptionally well, they took time to make it look as good as they possibly could!!! When we picked up my car on 8/18, Kevin was there and walked us out to show us the final job. To say we were impressed is an understatement, and I cried happy tears as I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home to Oxford. “I had a great experience buying a car here, online. Chad Palmer took my cold call inquiring about a very slightly used EQB. He was engaging, friendly, and quick to follow up, despite me being a few states away. I initially tried to buy a different car from a different dealer, and when I told him, instead of immediately ghosting me, he congratulated me--classy. Turns out the other car deal fell apart, so I contacted Chad again, and found the EQB was still available. The price was very reasonable, and we had the paperwork in motion within a day or two. It is always nerve wracking to buy a car you have not physically seen, but my car arrived literally perfect--not a single imperfection that I can find. The car is a gem. So, very happy here with service and price. We tend to cycle through a lot of cars, and I'll consider returning here for our next purchase. Oh, and the finance department did not try to tack on a lot of nonsense extra fees, that seem to be the norm at other dealers these days--much appreciated.”

“Just returned to Paul's Automotive for multiple new issues with our vehicle. Paul provided a timely and fair estimate. I provided the authorization to go ahead with repairs. I was grateful to receive a call that the vehicle was completed early and that the final bill came in under the estimated price, even after he had found a 3rd item wrong with the vehicle. Paul also noted that our vehicle needed a battery and suggested I get one very soon. Paul could have tried to sell me a battery, but he knew instead that I had some mechanical abilities and advised I could save some money if I replaced it myself - appreciate the honesty. It has been over 2 weeks since our last visit and all repairs continue to be perfect. This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Paul this year and every time we are more than pleased with the service received. Highly recommend!”
