“I used Encore Event Group for my DJ, Photobooth, and Backdrop Draping (behind the head table) and I could not be happier. I was one of those "picky" brides and knew exactly what songs needed to be played and when. Not to mention my Do Not Play list was quite extensive. Rob made every step of this process easy and fun. And my reception was absolutely perfect! The music was amazing, the lights were amazing, the photobooth was amazing, the backdrop was amazing! I have had so many compliments on our reception and how much fun everyone had. While I would like to think it was just because the husband and I are fun people, we all know the DJ is the life of the party. I would use them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a DJ. By far, they were the best vendor to plan with and the best vendor to communicate with. Both cameras I’ve gotten they’ve went above and beyond to not only get them into working order but explain to me things getting me more familiar with a new medium of photography. On top of that, you can just tell they care about the photographer behind the camera. When you make it clear to them that you can’t afford it, usually you will walk out the door with it. And when they decide to charge you it’s always fair. For a store that sells film cameras they have amazing deals. Makes me more comfortable with this new type of photography and I’ll also be considering their store for my film making needs. With competitive pricing it makes sense. I couldn’t recommend this place more to any photographers in the area who want a thoughtful and informative approach to a camera store. I highly suggest this place too if you need help with a new camera digital or film.”

“Fabulous experience, from sales through installation. We walked in with a sketch and some ideas on what we wanted, and Parker quickly formulated a solution that was exactly what we wanted. We never felt pressured to replace equipment we already had and instead Parker worked up a solution to incorporate what we wanted to keep. We were able to schedule the installation around our schedule, and the team confirmed the appointment the day before. On installation day the team showed up on time (a rarity with all our other contractors these days), were very friendly and professional, and not only installed the equipment but did all the setup and showed us how to use the equipment. Highly recommend this team! Very focused on customer experience. I'll return to them next time we need an upgrade!”
