“I almost can't believe their food is vegan like you can't tell me that's not real cheese and meat!! I'm joking, they are the truth! Food definitely did not disappoint. I happened to go on a day they were testing a new vegan pizza they are adding to the menu and I just wish I took a picture before both slices were all gone lol but so good I almost forgot to do the other pictures😭 and their vegan cheese???? UNDEFEATED. Like all the food was so flavorful. My boyfriend and I tried the pizza(wasn't on the menu yet so I'm not sure what it was called I just know it was super cheesy had pepperoni and jalapeños which complimented the flavor soo nicely and we aren't even pizza fans like that especially not with jalapeños but I would definitely get it again), the all American deluxe burger and waffle fries(I loved how it wasn't a dry burger like it was real juicy and the fries were A1), and the Gordita crunch tacos(tasted like I got them from an authentic Mexican food truck like F**k a Taco Bell fr). With the five star service they give I don't even mind the prices at all, like I would tip that much anyways because they deserve every penny they receive fr! And still tipped lmao. We pulled up to order but you have to pay online for card and they weren't accepting cash so we just ordered from the car with our phones from their website which was cool because it was cold outside lol. Fast service and I wish I would've caught the guys name working he was such a sweetheart! I love people who love their jobs and show it.”

“I started the program at the end of April 2021 at 325 lbs. I went through the initial process and lost 54lbs I did an encore and lost another 47lbs for a total of 101 lbs. I went into maintenance and did well but I put some weight back on so I did another encore this past August and have lost another 26 lbs. my wrist went down 9”, my shirt size went from 4x to a large. I am very happy with Morgan and the team in Livonia. When I enter the office I am greeted very quickly and cordially. I do get off work sometimes and they are able to accommodate this by having me come right over for an early appointment. I never feel like I get rushed out either. Update ,Less than a year later my check engine light came on a few days ago and I called to find out when I could bring my truck in for service, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional but when I arrived with my truck in the service dept the young man nsmed Mark was very rude to me; he said who told you to bring your truck here?? And do you have an appointment??? Then he said we are really backed up right now and wont be able to get you in for 5-7 days! So I explained to him that I did call and I was told to bring the truck in over the phone. Also when I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help , I saw people sitting at desks and totally ignoring me until a woman finally said can I help you and she directed me where to park and how to get to the service dept. Hopfully the staff gets more training on how to treat customers.”

“Having an aging relative means a constant influx of new prescriptions. If you have ever tried to call a CVS, you quickly discover that they never answer the phone, you are in an endless computerized loop. Press 9 to check on the status of a prescription, and after pressing 9 it wants you to enter a mysterious prescription number, that of course you don't have. At that point the computer tells you to go online and check the patient's account, which of course they don't have, because they are 80 years old and don't go online. It's so refreshing to just call Walmart pharmacy, a real person answers the phone, and tells you that the prescription is ready for pickup. Or that the prescription was sent to a different pharmacy, or that the prescription was never called in. But at least you talk to a real person instead of spending 20 minutes pressing buttons.”

“Dr Abessinio is not perfect but she cares about her patients more than any other doctor I know (she’s probably tied with my primary care provider). I’ve never had a doctor give me their cell phone and text me when I needed him or her. I wound up going with a larger clinic when I was pregnant because Dr Abessinio is in practice by herself and I wanted to go to a larger practice where there is more support/resources. However, even though she was not handling my pregnancy she came to see me when I was in labor. I had just started crying because the nurse said something not kind to me. She immediately made me feel better and encouraged me and when she had to leave I was smiling and laughing instead of crying. I see a couple of negative reviews and I think those patients caught her on a bad day. I had one experience like that, however I give her grace because she is a wonderful doctor and cares. I encourage anyone who had a negative experience to go and see her and tell her how it impacted them. Or call her if you don’t have time to stop by. I guarantee she will apologize. She is humble if nothing else.”

She stated when you see this specialist do not give them all of the details, it is up to them to figure out the issues and fix what is wrong. I live by this today when seeking medical treatment. Over the years I have been a patient of compassionate doctors and yet they do nothing or go a safe route the leads to no resolve. That is where I am now and would love for me to meet another Dr Gray to cut to the chase and tell me where to go from here.”
