“Professional and fast are 2 qualities you look for in a dry cleaner. They always have a friendly greeting when I arrive. At your 1st visit, they get you in the system. Every time you drop off clothes, all they need is your phone number. It's quick and easy. The clothes are always ready by the time stated on the return receipt you receive when you drop off your items. You also get an email when your clothes are ready. I had a really fancy suit coat that I took in. They told me at the counter they weren't sure if it would hold up to the dry clean process & that someone would be giving me a call after they inspected it. The owner called me and gave me the news. They were honest, and I thanked them for it. They said they treat every item as if it were their own.”

“I needed to replace a rug pad that had worn out under our wool entry rug. Most big box stores carry an inferior, thin, sticky pad intended more for throw rugs. Hagopian had multiple varieties of what I was searching for and educated me what was best for my use. I was able to take home a custom cut pad the same day. It has the perfect amount of cushion and rug grip so the rug does not creep. Very pleased!”

“I went to this laundromat for the very first time, a few months ago, around midnight. I was going on a road trip later that day and needed my clothes washed and dried ASAP. This was the closest 24 hour laundromat to me; it was easy to find, but getting to the parking lot was tricky. The site was clean and quiet. The machines were relatively new and could be accessed via the app. The app was easy to navigate: you can tell which machines were occupied or vacant; you can add funds and start the machines; you can also see the time remaining on each occupied machine. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and plan on visiting again.”

You can do your best to prepare for these situations, but one of the things we didn't think about was having clean, crisp dress attire on hand and ready for when he would be called for interviews. With that said, we dropped the clothes off with nothing scheduled and expected the clothes to be dry cleaned per the usual 2 day turn around. Then upon returning home my husband had received two opportunities for in person interviews that were to happen on the morning of when the clothes would be done. We placed a phone call to the 5th Avenue team as soon as we heard explaining the situation and requesting support on quicker turn around..... No questions asked the team understood the situation, showed empathy and got the job done to our satisfaction per usual!
