“Dakota and Austin came to our home to inspect our roof. They were knowledgeable and thorough. They were professional and answered all our questions. They also had samples of all their products and gave us a good explanation of their process. Overall, an excellent experience. They started the roofing installation the following week with a crew of 14 men. They were very well organized and worked diligently all day to finish the large roof on our home and a 2nd garage on our property. They protected all our landscaping and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. The head of the project was very friendly and explained everything that was going on. We are very happy with the results. The office crew were also incredible. Amanda and Stephanie and several others were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated with us regularly. Shane, the project manager, came to the site and spent a good amount of time overseeing the work. He is coming today to do the final inspection. We are very happy with Victor’s Roofing and highly recommend them to repair or replace your roof.”

All of the crew was super nice and courteous. We have 3 dogs and we were super concerned about all the nails and debris being picked up from the yard. “Roof Advance was available soon after we found a hole in the shingles and called around. Found them on the Better Business Bureau's web site and could not be happier with our experience with Dominic, Mario, the mason, and the whole Roof Advance team. Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof, measured, and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more. They even gave us a senior discount, which we were not expecting. Their requested deposit wasn't a lot of money. They have an easy way to pay by e-check, or by credit card online.
