“The service was excellent and fast and everyone there was very nice. The food was alright, but still good. The reason for my 2 star review is due to the lack of proper protection during a pandemic. Very few waitresses wore an actual mask, most including the waitress I had wore a face shield. While I do understand that this can be substituted for a mask there are measures with a shield that were not taken. It only covered in front of the mouth and just above the nose and everything around it was wide open. Absolutely nothing under the chin, nothing around the side of the face or above the nose. It stuck out inches from the face. It made me a little nervous. REVIEW UPDATE: The 5-8 Club has been very professional and wonderful to work with, and I appreciate that they reached out to discuss my concern. They took my concern very seriously and kept me informed with each update they received as they reviewed the MN guidelines, and appropriate changes were made - staff are now wearing cloth masks at the MPLS location. I will be returning to the 5-8 Club to enjoy another Juicy Lucy! Thank you 5-8 Club, you're one of a kind.”
