“Many of the negative reviews complain of hallways not being clean and other housekeeping issues, these are the cause of other renters not caring about where they live. The staff will vacuum in the afternoon and then people drop bits of thrash in the hallways later the same day. The apartment hallways are vacuumed regularly, I can hear them on my off days. Trash is picked up twice weekly and the lots are plowed and salted in a efficient manner. The location is great just north of MN36 between I35E and I35W. And there is a biking/walking path right in front of the buildings, connecting to parks north and south of the property. The pool is clean and fun to use on a hot day, it hasn’t been overly busy most days, and the hot tub, though not large, is very relaxing. Children seem to like the playground and ball fields nearby. Pets are allowed, but no pet smells, you sometimes see dogs or cats on the decks or being walked around the property. The staff has been very helpful, they write the apartment numbers in large numbers on the packages dropped off in the secure room, making it easier to find your package. Any issues I have reported have been handled in a timely manner, even after hours. They all smile, wave and have a nice word to say when I see them. Any questions with the rental, the office staff has an answer or will get you the answer asap. I really like it here, I’ve been here a year and half and don’t have plans to move anywhere else.”

The office is very easy to find, just inside the entrance to the city hall. I also enjoy their parks, so good job. They have many wonderful parks. The pavilion we rented has a full kitchen.”

She was there through our indecisiveness of choosing what plated meals we wanted to go with :) We had quite the back and forth deciding but ultimately went with the Prime rib, Walleye, chicken, and a vegan option! Jerry, the chef did an incredible job at preparing our favorites. We had so many people comments on how good the walleye was! I did have a few bones in My filet but no one else seemed to have any so maybe I just got the one :) other than that it was great! The cost was very affordable. They were efficient with timing of salads, meals, and plating the cake! Josie was even there to personally place Scott and I’s meals and officially wish us a congratulations. Thank you Kanes!”
