“We have been coming here for years, even when the previous owners had the campsite. Let me tell you the new owners are absolutely amazing! Brad , Danielle and Tyler and all the staff go above and beyond to make your experience a great one! They have done so much to make it a better family fun campsite! Our kids always have the best time! Tons of activities for the kids and adults! Corn bag tournaments and bingo are always a good time! Lots of fun theme weekends! Ice cream shop, arcade and a great clean well maintained pool! The bathrooms and shower houses are clean and well kept! That was a big one for us! Just a quick 4 min or less drive to cannon falls and you have everything you could really need in a small town. Grocery’s, coffee, multiple restaurants an amazing bakery. This is our favorite place to camp in the summer and it’s only a short drive to the metro so extended stays on weekdays work out perfect!”

The playground for younger kids is fun, the baseball field and large field behind it is almost always open to the public, except for when local baseball and football games are being played. The field is mowed frequently. The grass however isn't very green as it is only watered when it rains. Other than that, its a great place!”

“Love this park. It has a nice picnic shelter area with a couple of picnic tables, a playground and outdoor potty when its nicer weather and a nice walking path, I just wish the walking path would go around the park instead of just one way. I bring my dogs here a lot, its very peaceful and serene.”

“I enjoy the 9 hole disc golf course, and my preschooler enjoys the playground. There are water hazard holes on the course, which can be fun. Some of the holes are a bit swampy, but the course as a whole is a good layout. The playground has a good set of equipment. The park is pretty clean. Very nice drinking fountain.”

“Beautiful Hummingbird garden. On September 20, 2022 when it's quite warm in the upper 80s there was one Hummingbird and one Hummingbird Moth, lots of butterflies and bees. I suspect that most of the Hummingbirds have left already on their way to their wintering places in Central America. Definitely a beautiful pollinator garden. Beautiful Hummingbird garden. Quite a few Hummingbirds on August 20, 2023.”

“This seems to be an awesome park with all types of amenities. The stadium, ball fields and splash pad are impressive for a city the size of Delano. Citizens should be proud of this park. We experienced it during the 4th of July celebrations this year. What a great location for a large regional patriotic event. It is a unique park with a lot of cool equipment you won't find at other basic parks. There are a lot of climbing rocks and playground features that will keep children busy playing.”
