“My wife and I had checked into the hotel and the key to our room did not work, so I went to the front desk to get it corrected. I was standing in line waiting for the front desk reception who was dealing with another customer. Quinn one of the staff at the hotel approached me and asked me if he could help. I told him what had happened and he offered to open the door for me so we could put our luggage in the room. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door and it was Quinn who had gone to the front desk and he had two keys for us, so that we would not have to go through the process. He was quite polite and apologetic for any inconvenience. Let me say in the customer service industry, Quinn is the type of person you need. Thanks Rick and Joan Joyal The room was clean.”

The room was very nice and clean, the hallway was also very clean. Yes I would highly recommend this place. I had a wonderful time when I stayed there.”

“Im only giving 4 stars because there was only 3 pillows on our king sized bed that weren't in the best shape and the bedding had some holes in it. This is a very nice hotel and I loved my room. One suggestion: if you're going to give out frozen breakfast Burritos in the grab and go bag please include a napkin to wrap them in for the microwave.”
