“We had a two bedroom margarita suite. Furnishings were nice and kitchen, washer, dryer all worked well. Room was a bit dusty but overall clean. Lots of great places to eat around here. Found a great activity for kids every day of the week we were there, all within 15-20 min drive. Pools are amazing (one of the pools under construction at the moment) and nicely heated to swim comfortably in 50 degree weather. Staff are all friendly, from security to front desk to activity staff. Can't say much about housekeeping since we didn't get housekeeping services during our stay. We stayed during Christmas week and there were daily activities such as crafts, bingo, socials, etc.”

“**Update- my hearing aid had fallen out during the procedure and the amazing staff were kind enough to look for and find it for me. They notified me promptly and gave me the option of mailing since I live so far out of town. Just wow! Amazing people at The Center!! This was the best experience I've had with this kind of situation. Usually not a fan of doctors offices or having procedures but this was different. Everyone I encountered was so nice and the offices were clean, nicely decorated, and efficient. Doctor Carlos is a very kind and special human with a fun personality and a caring touch. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 34 years old and my healing is going so smoothly. Would highly recommend Dr Carlos and staff to everyone and would definitely return if needed in the future. Thanks for the 5 star experience!!”

“From the front door to the back door was nothing but excellence! This is a great facility. What makes it a great facility is not only is the office gorgeous and immaculate, but the staff was amazing! They all made me and my son feel so comfortable to where we almost forgot that he was about to go into surgery. “My rating above says everything! I don't usually leave reviews but the service I received at Dermalase definitely warrants it!! I visited whilst on vacation from the UK as I saw a deal on Groupon offering thread vein laser treatment for $99. I thought I would give it a try and I am so pleased I did. The staff were so friendly, professional and the treatment was excellent - and painless (never ever had numbing cream used on my face before but will do from now on!) If you are familiar with thread vein treatment, you will know that it can take more than one session to see a marked improvement. I enquired about having a further session whilst on vacation and was surprisingly advised that if I wanted to do so, they would honour the original price I paid on Groupon for my first treatment. I of course could not decline such a fantastic offer. The treatment itself was extremely thorough and the outcome after only 2 treatments was fantastic. My additional reason for leaving this review is due to the fact that all other medical/cosmetic treatment companies I have used in the past have tried to push additional treatments on me and made me feel not so good about myself and the Dermalase staff made me feel quite the opposite. I wouldn't just recommend Dermalase for locals or individuals in the Las Vegas area but also for anyone visiting from out of town or even from overseas - it is worth taking out half an hour or so from your holiday to visit.
