The team there is amazing. Great teachers and they work with each member to help them scale exercises based on their individual abilities and limitations. I think the philosophy they have there shows and makes a difference. One thing I didn’t expect was nutritional coaching. I initially signed up just to see what it was all about. Nothing ground breaking at first but having someone work with you to tailor a diet plan that is both effective and achievable has been great! Ellie is super energetic and engaging and provides continual feedback based on your needs. I never realized how much a good diet could affect your energy levels during your workouts, and improve recovery time so that you are ready to go the next day! Thanks to Ellie for showing me the way. I highly recommend Laminin and if you have ever been curious about some nutritional coaching Ellie is the best. You’ll be surprised at the difference it makes!”

The only reason why I put down 4 stars is because like the other reviewers say here they forgot part of our order. We originally got the deal of 20 wings 10 tenders and fries and added 2 large pizzas and they forgot the fries. Regardless it was delicious and I would try them again. However, if I order again and they forget more food I'll edit this to reflect that.”
