Nina was careful asking if the was any reason not to twist or position my body a certain way and she adjusted the pressure to a level to I could comfortably handle. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing a professional massage and as you can see from my attached pictures that it would be an interesting couples experience. When see the facility you will understand that they strive for a warm welcoming and the receptionist was really nice and happy to see you. And the hot towel at the end of the massage really topped off the experience.”

“Went in to get my tongue repierced after 10 years. The exterior of the building looks a little sketchy, LOL. But the piercing room is an absolute fantasy. Whimsical and macabre decor that the piercing artist made herself! I wish I caught her name... but she was amazing and I'm surprised how little it hurt! Plus this was crazy affordable compared to what I paid the first time. Very happy with this whole experience. Great way to end a Monday Haha.”

“I stayed here two weeks because I unknowingly arrived with COVID and I quarantined in my room. The GM and staff, Alexandria, were great in responding to my requests for a daily change of linen and fresh towels. The GM even offered water but I only drink Eternal brand Alkaline water, which I ordered. This is a newer hotel at the end of the Strip and a mile or so to the Airport. I chose this hotel because its 100% smoke free. The serve breakfast daily from 6am until 9 or 10am and coffee is in the lobby 24/7. They have a beautiful private pool area out back. However, my room was not clean when I checked in. Someone had changed the linen and put only a fitted sheet on the bed. There were no towels in the room. The floor was dirty and the furniture was dusty. I sanitized everything anyways but I reported the room's status to the front desk. I know every hotel is having housekeeping shortage issues but this hotel had a lot of housekeeping but not good housekeepers (many young males cleaning), they need to be properly trained. I was in that room with COVID and I bleached the room daily and at check out but I told the assigned housekeeper that the room should be sanitized and he looked at me as if to say, that's not going to happen. I pray no one who has stayed in room 316 after me was subject to any possible germs. I was there the first two weeks of October. Thank you to the staff who did their jobs well.”

“I want to thank the store manager Alejandra V. She was pleasant, kind and courteous. She was handling multiple customers and was still able to be genuine with each customer. I was amazed at her patience in dealing with a customer who had a speech impediment. Not once did she become agitated but did her best to understand and communicate with the woman in a kind and gentle manner. I can see why they have made her store manager. She genuinely loves helping people and it shows. Although she wasn’t able to fix my issue (because someone sold me a carrier locked phone) she was kind to me and even gave me a referral. Even tho I left without resolving my issue, I did leave feeling positive and encouraged. That is priceless these days. I recommend to anyone who looking for kind and compassionate customer service to visit this store.”
