“This is our second stay at Tahoe House and I can say we are loyal for life! We have had two incredible experiences here. We stayed in the carriage house which was STUNNING! Do yourself a favor (especially if you have children) and book the carriage house it was worth every penny. Paul the owner is so sweet and welcoming as always and Tatyana and I didn't catch the other girls name at the bar were SO sweet and hospitable. They have added so many amazing new drinks to their menu since we were here 2 years ago so I would definitely give it a try. If you are in Virginia City this is absolutely the place to stay!”

“Jason and Michelle are beyond amazing! This was our first time at a Bed and Breakfast and the bar has been set! The food was PHENOMENAL. The view is wonderful and the town alone is just amazing. Jason and Michelle were so welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed while still providing us with our privacy. I will forever be staying at the Howard street home during my future Virginia city visits!”

““B” Street Bed and Breakfast is a quaint and charming place to stay. We were there last June. It was a chilly couple of days. Picture walking down the Main Street at night on boarded sidewalks. Invisible throngs of passer byes sail down the wind swept streets, hanging store signs creaking in the cold June wind. You stop for a bite to eat in the Red Dog Saloon and it’s the local talent night show. The salad and ribs are delicious. It’s pure delight and the past two years of hell are forgotten, and maybe somehow never happened at all.”

“Come here for the experience of going back in time to the Old West! Don’t be looking for current day amenities, as there is no wifi or A/C or a fancy spa and gym here. Oldest hotel in VA city and yes I can confirm it is very haunted. I stayed in room 19 and it had the best view looking down C street and the surrounding mountains. It was also a lot “brighter” in this room and I was able to view spectacular sunrises.”

“The staff is amazing! So friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of where to go in town. The room was nice and small. I did have to give them back the doll that was in the room, I was not comfortable with it being in my room all night! Lol And they are pet friendly with a $25 charge.”

Yes - rooms are small by today's standards, but they have decorated them in themes and VERY comfortable furnishings, and the rooms had everything a person could ask for in a one- or two-night stay. I will stay NOWHERE else when a meeting or vacation comes up in Virginia City.”

“Great, friendly little park located well for exploring Virginia City. Good facilities and clean restrooms with private showers. Fairly well-stocked convenience store on site that appears to be the only real grocery in town, but I didn't see RV supplies that are typical in many other parks. Get one of the sites on the outside of the east side of the loop for the best views!”
