“Immediate Appliance Services, Inc. completed two service calls with our office located in Hamilton, NJ. On 8/14/18 we had our first service call to assess our office refrigerator repair needs. I met with Luis, our assigned Service Technician. I quickly learned Luis is patient, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Luis took the time to explain the problem, advise of the repair solution and the parts required for the repair. The parts were immediately phoned in and ordered. The deposit was collected so that the parts could be ordered. I was given an approximate date 7-10 days out when the parts would arrive to Immediate Appliance Services. When the parts came in Luis returned to our office to complete the repair. Luis worked quickly, efficiently and showed care as he placed the refrigerator contents to the side and worked on the refrigerator in our employee kitchen. Employees came by to retrieve their lunch bags from the refrigerator and Luis was accommodating and friendly. It was a pleasure to have a service technician who is professional, efficient, nice and very tidy. I highly recommend Luis and will be sure to request Luis for a future repair. Thank you!”
