“We hired Jersey Shore Crawl Space approx. 5 years ago to take care of our wet, mouldy crawl space - we were smelling foul odors and were very concerned for our health. The estimator came to our home and did a complete evaluation then he showed us pictures of the space and gave us a very detailed plan and estimate to resolve our problems forever. A team of 3 installers came to our home on the agreed upon date, they removed all of the insulation in the crawl space, cleaned and coated all the floor joists, installed new insulation, then they installed a heavy duty vapor barrier in the entire crawl space which also went up the walls. The vapor barrier was taped together with heavy duty tape. They then installed a commercial dehumidifier with drainage to the outside. They did an outstanding job!! Far exceeding our expectations! Jersey Crawl Space sends an inspector to our home every 6 months to inspect the crawl space to ensure all is well. We have not any any problems since the install. Also we have been able to use the crawl space for storage now that it is 100% waterproof! This is an outstanding company with people that standby their product! I highly recommend them!”

“I would highly recommend calling Patrick and his crew for any of your HVAC needs. We just moved into our house and our central AC unit broke. We called one company for an estimate that charged us $100 just to come out for the estimate and quoted us $5500 to install a new system. They took one look and said it couldn't be fixed. Then I found Patrick's information and called him. He came right over, was extremely friendly, and worked hard to figure out what might be wrong with our system. He didn't charge us anything for an estimate and got our system up and running by adding some chemicals and fixing a leak. It is an older system, so it will need to be replaced eventually, but Patrick got it working again at least for this summer. I will 100% be calling him when we need to update our system. Patrick is a great guy, reliable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend California Coolers!”

My wife and I bought a "fixer upper" which hadn't been updated since the 1970s, so we had Len’s team put in a new kitchen and add a full bathroom. We are very happy with how everything turned out. He was over-scheduled, but remember me and my predicament and contacted me when he could squeeze my project. He is truly the best construction professional I've ever worked with, and I have quite a history of being ripped off in this industry. His crews are remarkably competent and professional. Ralph is a man of impeccable integrity. He gives the best advice, regardless of his profit margin. He works with consumers to minimize costs without cutting corners. I have insufficient words to describe how much I recommend his company. I hope he can expand capacity because there are people lining up for his services. To sum up, I would feel completely comfortable leaving a blank check in my home and telling him to fill in the amount I owe him. He's that excellent and honest. You will not find a contractor with more integrity than Ralph. The remodel was more of a project than we expected (not Ralph's fault) but he is skilled in all aspects of house building and remodeling. The job he did for me was extensive. He took care of mold remediation, demolished and rebuilt crumbling walls and painted throughout. The work is impeccable.”
