“Chris did a great job of keeping me informed about the status of work on my vehicle. I trusted the reports he gave and the advice he provided. The work was done quickly, and they made vehicle pickup super easy. I was very happy with the service and the communication. My only suggestion for how the experience could have been better would be for them to add a wash and interior vacuum of the car before returning it to me. It would be a nice touch, especially for a shop that specializes in high vehicles, to return a freshly cleaned car.”

“I took my Mazda 6 for routine 12,000 mile maintenance. Pulled into Service area, was greeted warmly, instructed to go inside and see a service representative. She was very friendly and explained the cost involved. I had one issue and she addressed it right away. I sat in a very comfortable and clean waiting area. While I was waiting I received a text message from the technician working on my car. It was a VIDEO of him underneath my car showing me my car and talking to me about my car. I was like "Wow" this is incredible. He actually thanked me for allowing him to service my car! A short while later he called my name and brought me back to the same service representative who walked me to the cashier. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and my car was there waiting for me. What a wonderful experience. P.S. I also received text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment the day before.”
