“I switched to this Hertz location. The ones closer to my town have either really inconvenient hours (Fair Lawn) or have a habit of charging me for the cars before I even rent them (Paramus). This location in Totowa was pleasant to deal with. The staff is friendly and efficient. I received my rental fast and in an immaculate condition. When returned I returned it using their drop box, the return was processed within 10 minutes of their opening.”

“I did everything online so when I got there I just had to get the car. Have to hand it to the woman who runs this place--the phone was ringing off the hook when I got there, end of the day. She remained calm, even as 4 other customers walked in behind me, and very efficient. When I dropped the car off, I left me ezpass on the dash. She called me AND texted me, and held on to it until I could return the next day to pick it up. I love that she cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. If I ever need a rental again, I'm going here for sure.”

“8/13/2019 Had the most frustrating day, but seeing Linda and Chris handle my insurance car rental put me at ease. I had constant miscommunication regarding my rental from the insurance company, which had me play phone tag with Linda and Chris. Little did I know, that these two pros were dealing with other very hectic matters with grace as I waited for my car rental. Each interaction and observation I noticed, whether from their constant calls to customers coming in, they still gave 100% patience and care to it. They really turned my day around.”

“Not a bad rental company to use. They are not located at Newark International Airport, but weren't too far from it and had a call-up shuttle that picked me up at an airport shuttle stop (shout out to the shuttle driver that helped an old man out before driving me to get my car, the driver didn't even accept a tip from the old guy to further help him out). My car was ready when I got there and the price I was quoted is what I got. The only problem I ran into was getting there without a shuttle and driving around the lot since they apparently do airport parking as well, I guess. Overall, not bad at all. BK”

“I arrived at the enterprise kiosk where a gentlemen welcomed me and directed me to the check-in counter noticing the lost face I had. Before arriving at the counter I was also greeted by a lady who made the pick up process very fast by asking me for ID and credit card. The counter lady Dina Parks was lovely she was fast and helpful she was not pushy about purchasing any insurance or prepaid gas which I was so happy about due to another experience at another rental agency. As I walked back to the kiosk I loved that someone was waiting with my name on a tablet to help me. The gentlemen Mohammad Awal was very informative and very helpful with choosing a car. I loved the fact that he asked where I was going and with how many people that way he could better assist me in choosing the vehicle that I had ordered or something similar. He went over the vehicle inspected the vehicle with me which is great and asked me to check the inside to see if I was okay. Great service overall and I will definitely be recommending enterprise at Newark to family and friends as well as being a continued costumer. I can't say enough about my experience and how happy I am with your team keep up the Great work.”

Two of my bridesmaids had used EWR NJ Limo for their weddings and had a great experience so I thought I would utilize its NJ party bus service. Their prices are quite reasonable and they were so friendly, punctual and dedicated to work with me. I’d reserved their party bus prior to my wedding and helped me getting rid of last minute chaos. Their driver was prompt and was arrived before the scheduled time in a clean and perfectly maintained vehicle. The one issue is that they are located on the last turn off in NJ and it can easily be missed and if you miss the turn you will end up going over the GWB which is costly and can take a lot of time. So just be careful!”
