The front desk was extremely inviting and the tablet is very easy to use. I’ve gone to other doctor’s offices and some receptionists do not even greet you when you come in, but the front desk folk at Alliance definitely are different and make sure your visit is smooth from beginning to end. “I visited Squan Beach Life Saving Station #9 during the Lighthouse Challenge, and it was such a fascinating stop! This historic station, built in 1902, was part of a network designed to save shipwrecked sailors along the Jersey Shore. It’s incredible to think of the brave crews who worked here, often risking their lives to rescue others in dangerous conditions. The station is beautifully restored, with displays and artifacts that give you a real sense of what life was like for the lifesaving crews. The guides were knowledgeable and passionate, adding to the experience. Highly recommend a visit for anyone interested in maritime history or local heritage!”

Our daughter has multiple challenging diagnoses and has been very resistant to any kind of talk therapy despite the fact her behaviors have been excessive and concerning. Dr. Steve’s approach gives his patients the opportunity to learn social norms from their peers, receive weekly scores from parents where they are graded on their behaviors that week at home and at school, and gives parents the ability to know they’re not alone in raising a challenging kid. Dr. Steve brings a distinct sense of humor which keeps the kids and adults engaged, for better or for worse. Outside of the sessions, Dr. Steve is responsive and helpful and eager to help. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who has had repeated failure with traditional therapy and looking for something unique and productive.”
