“If you are nearby, this place is definitely worth the visit. You can skate absolutely free of charge in the ice rink as long as you have your own skates. All you need to do is make reservations ahead of time for your time slot. Furthermore, skate rentals are also available for a fee varying from $20 to $35. If you are a photo taker, you will absolutely appreciate and enjoy the view of the city, Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, especially night time. It's absolutely breathtaking. When it comes to food, there are plenty of restaurants and small eateries to shop from but a bit expensive. The Tin Building by Jean Georges is a must-visit and if by any chance you're visiting during summer time, don't miss the roof of Pier 17 where lovely concerts take place. This is one of my favorite places to go to.”

“Gari is open again after a long renovation ( to the building itself, not so much the restaurant). The space is actually smaller now as they lost a row of tables between the sushi bar and the windows; the big table is gone too. Space aside, the sushi was as fresh and delicious as ever. Great to taste all your old favorites. Still outrageously expensive, but a fun and guilty pleasure nonetheless.”

“I loved staying here! It was perfectly located central to my office. Check-in was easy and the front desk staff was beyond helpful and gave me all the details. I didn’t know that my room would have a balcony so I was pleasantly surprised. And the room was basically sound proof, I didn’t hear any outside noise which was my favorite part of my whole stay. It was spacious and I loved my room. I never leave reviews but I just had to!”

“I stayed with a friend November 15-21st and had an excellent time. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures and was fantastic. Rene was very accommodating and was quick to email be back with the questions I had before we arrived. The area is very quiet, and so were the other guests. It felt like I was able to relax while in the room, which was so nice compared to my previous NYC visit last year where we stayed in Times Square. There is no heating, but they had plenty of blankets and it never felt too cold. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to any friends as well.”

“Great coffee spot (anytime of day) for breakfast! Walked in and was greeted by a friendly barista which get warm and genuine on the cold winter morning. The store was clean and had a nice atmosphere. After deciphering the menu and talking about what coffee could be a pour over and options I decided on a pour over. It was super delicious and this place knew their beans and technique! It was super tasty too. They really know coffee ☕️ 😋 definitely a nice start to your day and right by the subway! “Waking up for a 7am Total Body workout is easy when you know you’re coming to Drip Sweat. The classes are challenging, in the best way, but also empowering! Love the communal feeling of we are in this together! The LED light room allows you to transport to another place where you are just totally focused on pushing yourself harder. The post workout drinks are amazing and the playlist is always on point! The early morning classes with Max are super fun snd worth the early am wake up, and usually are not as packed like the evening ones, so you’ll have ample space to move. Highly recommend this spot to reach your fitness goals!!”

To the person, everyone I interacted with was kind helpful. Ron did my medical screening/iron test and set me up at my donation station - what a wonderful and gentle person. The snack station was well-stocked and comfortable. The space is small overall, so I can understand how at "peak" donation time, you may experience a wait, but I appreciated the efficiency and care of the staff!”
