“I worked with Marc recently on a knee injury I got during climbing. Marc was outside my insurance but it was well worth it to have a skilled PT that also climbs. The sport specificity is invaluable. He did a great level of due diligence - made sure I left the appointment with videos of myself performing exercises with good form, and followed up regularly to make sure I was progressing as expected. It's clear that he was invested in making sure I was out of PT and back to activity. In my experience, other PTs are always too eager to book future sessions, can feel off-putting.”

“Looking for a an office that will take good care of you? Well RPDO is the place. I’ve been treated by the adult dentist Dr. Paul and he did a great job on tooth that needed a filing. I’m not a fan of needles in my mouth but his injection was seamless I felt nothing so I was impressed. Right now I’m under the care of the orthodontist Dr. Emelie and she is amazing as well as her ortho staff. While I don’t have any small children to see the pediatric dentists I heard that they were all great dentist. I highly recommend RPDO for your dental needs.”

“Dr Chubineh and Lisa Bauman are amazing. My last G.I. doctor was absolutely the worst, but these two totally make up for it. I never felt rushed in my appointment. I never felt judged in my appointment. They were incredibly kind, patient and informative. I tend to ask a lot of questions for clarity and they never seem like it’s a problem. Highly recommend recommend them! The only downside as it is with most doctors offices is it’s just the two of them in the small Lockport location and they are always super busy so you’ll have to probably sit at least 30 minutes till you’re actually seen so when scheduling be mindful for planning your day.”

“This doctor was great!!! We fought for months trying to get my son into his other dental place for a painful tooth (always had doctors leaving). This dentist was recommended by my church leader. He definitely didn't disappoint at all... They got us in the next morning, normally, they don't do the type of extraction he needed, but because of what we had been going through just to have him seen, his pain, and the fact most dental surgeons are way backed up... "we're going to pray this will come out smoothly, because i cant justify leaving someone in pain for that long" was the response we got... smooth extraction is what we got. This place is easy to get to. And very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. “I had 3 teeth removed. Dr. Bodey was great and quick. I only have one major issue. And not sure if Bodey is to blame. But I recently started taking Plavix (a blood thinner) though I stated this fact to the receptionist, the x-ray tech, Dr. Bodey and her assistant. After I was done, the staff told me they sent 2 prescriptions to my pharmacist. When I went to the pharmacist, I found out Ibuprofen and Amoxicillin were the prescriptions. Now what concerns me is they prescribed Ibuprofen which is harmful and could possibly causeheart attack, stroke or death to a person on a blood thinner. Thankfully my fiance and the pharmacist were able to catch the mistake. What fully frustrated me is I mentioned the blood thinner several times to different people and no one caught it. Bad....B...A...D....Bad I like this dentist, but a mistake like this does not give me much confidence to return.”
