“Never made a review before but this place deserved it. Operated by the owner and his family who were all incredibly nice and inviting. I ordered the Mad Viking (a 2 pound burger with fries) which to my surprise came out very shortly after I sat down. It was humongous and delicious. My food and the rest of my family’s was equally as tasty and very affordable. Awesome atmosphere, if I lived in the area this is definitely where me and my boys would spend a lot of time. This place deserves your business.”

“Had a wonderful dinner here tonight. Just came into town, and we stopped here for dinner as we love Thai cuisine. We were not disappointed either. We started off with a couple of appetizers, which consisted of a sampler dim sum and then chicken spring rolls. Both were very good. I then selected my entrée from the chefs special, which was the shrimp and scallops in basil sauce with jasmine rice. The flavors were very distinctive and spicy. My daughter had the Tom Ka Kai soup and basil fried rice. Very nice authentic Thai dinner complemented with some saki and a couple Thai beers! I would make this my go to Thai restaurant if I lived in the area.”

“The food was delicious! Service was quick but left something to be desired. Definitely got the feeling we were interrupting the guy working the window by ordering food, but that's unfortunately a common attitude for the food scene in the Outer Banks. When we pulled up and saw nobody lined up for the place we got worried, being horrible restaurants in this area seemed to get packed on a nightly basis. I mean, if those places are that bad, how could a place with no line of customers be good? Maybe it was because we had so many terrible experiences trying to dine in the area, so going in our expectations were basically that were praying to God we didn't choose another failure of a place. Luckily, things worked out! The fried chicken was crispy, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked! The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. The slaw was good, but nothing special. The 5 star review is completely based on the area, as anywhere else I'd give them 4 stars, but this place is a standout compared to the other restaurants (dine-in or take-out) in the area. Don't settle on cold, poorly prepared, contaminated, overpriced, and barely edible food that you can get anywhere down here. Go here and get delicious food that's well worth the price!”

“The food was so good! The hand cut fries were perfectly cooked! The prime rib sandwich and burger were excellent! We sat outside and the weather was nice with a slight breeze. The two waitresses were very kind and attentive! Great food and service! We like sitting outside so we enjoyed it! The inside seating is limited but nice too.”

“Nice friendly service. Pretty good ribs with a good smoke ring. The brisket was kinda tuff and dried out even with the sauce. The chicken was OK, nothing special. We didn't like the hushpuppies they weren't sweet enough. The Mac and Cheese was good, just not my style.”
