“We reached out about some droppings we saw outside our house & Andy was able to diagnose our bat issue via picture text. He scheduled some time to come out over the next few days, did a thorough inspection, and ordered all the necessary bat-proofing stuffs. He was back in no time to install everything, as well as sealed up any nooks and crannies that could be potential future problems. And then he came back one more time to confirm no more bats and remove the bat door. Great communication along the way, all the sealing work and installation looked subtle and professional, and he showed pictures of everything he found and did throughout the process. So grateful to have found Andy & would recommend him to anyone.”

The cashier was very friendly and talkative, and she confidently answered my Q about my app rewards. I don’t know how to give credit to those who help me online. But I emailed Starbucks about mishaps in a couple of other recent orders. Bagner S. and Edwin R. both helped me tremendously! They added my missing rewards, credited me $ for incorrect orders, and even gave back my expired rewards that I didn’t know were expiring! That made my day and was the icing on the cake! Many people (including myself) are quick to email or post when we have negative experiences, so I wanted to post something good. Thank you, Starbucks!!”

Negative reviews I attribute to those who are just bitter people in general, who are just waiting to cause a problem or call someone out that “didn’t meet up” to their expectation. My review is not only in support of the store and staff but in review of the customers in which they endure. I’ve had too many great visits at this store, enough to inquire about Melissa’s injury/surgery and recoveries; yet there she is serving others with a smile. Care goes both ways, I say. I disregard the “poor sports” that take their personal attitude issues out on store staff. Perhaps if customers enter the store without a chip on their shoulder, they will have a better shoe-shopping “experience” they so desperately desire.”
