“I needed to get some answers about my hearing so I visited Beltone Hearing Center in Matthews, N. C. The staff seemed to really care about my concerns and the technician, Sharon Klein explained everything in a way that I understood. I accepted the hearing aids the technician recommended, and so far I’m satisfied with that decision. I get follow up appointments, where I can raise concerns about the workings of the hearing aids and the technician always makes adjustments so the hearing aids are more comfortable for me. I currently have pending appointments. I recommend Beltone at Matthews, NC.”

“I like to print cards, and I came across this staples by happy accident !! I just have to say Tiffany and Theresa are AMAZING !! Like beyond AMAZING !! They’re so polite and helpful, and honestly because of these two exceptional women, I’m going to stay with this Staples for my printing needs. They always call to tell me if anything needs to be reformatted and how to do it, and also are so quick to call when my order comes in. It’s hard to get people who really care about whether or not you’re happy with the end product, but they always make sure it’s EXACTLY how you want it. On my last order, after submitting the order, I wanted to change the picture after reformatting it a little differently and they were so patient and said “No problem”. I’m notoriously late in picking up my order, but they always keep it set aside for me… if you need to do anything with regard s to printing, I highly recommend this staples, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in the least. The product is top quality, and the experience with the amazing customer service provided by Theresa and Tiffany will honestly be the best !! Staples… take note, the ONLY reason I’m taking my printing needs to this Staples is because of Tiffany and Theresa !! ☺️”

“These folks are fantastic! They do the nameplate every year for my annual curling bonspiel trophy; always fast, always affordable. Today I brought in my daughter's soccer trophy (it had a bit of an accident after she received it last night) and was expecting to pay for a new top. They replaced it totally free of charge. Every time I've been there, I always get the sense that their top priority is always just to make trophies for people and keep the community happy. :-)”
