“I am giving this dominos 5 stars because of the professional customer service. My driver apparently had a bit of trouble & was unable to deliver my pizza. When I called, Eric one of the team leads (should be promoted to manager) answered with a very happy greeting. I explained to him that I never received my pizza and although my money was reimbursed I was very upset that the driver did not answer my calls & left a voicemail I could barely understand (I suppose he was in an area with bad cellular service)... Eric did not get irritated, but instead apologized for my frustration and let me know that they had already applied a credit to my account, but to ease my frustration even more he added on an additional credit for another free pizza. I definitely was not expecting this, and it was a pleasant surprise that someone was going above & beyond to make their customer happy and make the situation right. Thank you Eric for your professionalism and thank you for caring for your customers! With an attitude like that, you will go places!”

I was in the mood for some crispy tacos but I noticed the photo of the nachos online. Drove over and ordered them vegetarian style. Took about 10 minutes to get my order. I opened the box on my way back to work and they looked so good I couldn’t resist, so I tried one...and then two...and well, you know how this story ends. Salsa? Authentic. I’m Mexican, I’m a southern Cali native, trust me. No need to be on the fence, just do yourself a favor and go here.”

“Once taken back, very professional treatment focused on me as patient by everyone who I had interface with. However, I was in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. Just like the doctor and team that took care of me, I am a professional and my time is extremely valuable. I understand getting behind, but no one ever offered an explanation or an apology for why three doctors were so far behind. Good customer/client/patient service would dictate over communication might not have been a bad idea. Having been a patient of numerous Novant physicians and services, this is my first experience of this nature. I struggled in deciding what rating I should give, but decided the rating should reflect my appreciation for the results of the surgical procedure. But I would encourage you to investigate how these incidents could be eliminated or at least handled better.”
