“Inside the store, Hannah was awesome. There was an issue with something we ordered. She caught it in advance and called me in plenty of time so we could pick something else. Who does that? Who cares that much now a days?? She does, and it couldn't be more appreciated! Just customer service like you wouldn't expect. In addition to Hannah's excellent customer service, delivery to Mocksville was only $30. Another shout out to Logan and Marcus. To my surprise, they were super helpful, nice, and extremely friendly. We debated against buying a new one or repairing one that was already in the family, and they told us it was still a good instrument and worth hanging onto and repairing.
