“After driving through the night from Canada to North Carolina I knew my vehicle was in dire need of service. Worried not knowing what the problem was and what I was going to do I luckily found the best help possible just down the road from my accommodations at Leith Volkswagen of Cary. Not having an appointment, unaware of what the cost may run I started fretting how long I would be stuck in this situation far from home. That's when I met Ian Allen an advisor who went above and beyond in getting me back on my way. I received 4 new tires which were brought in same day, alignment(which discovered I needed inner/outer tie rods). I was even worried about my brakes which I received a video from technician Anthony who worked on my vehicle which reassured me that my brakes were good and still had plenty of use left on them. I arrived on a Friday afternoon tired, worried, upset about my whole trip down for this wedding weekend. I received my vehicle Saturday morning in time for all the planned events. I left the dealership very satisfied and reassured a safe trip back home but also a little mind blown on the difference in service levels in which I now envy. I do wish VW Canada and VW USA warranties coincided with each other because I would've much rather serviced everything with you guys!!Your showroom blew my mind with all the vintage buses seeing those was a once in a lifetime for me especially the 21 window bus! “Recently had A 7 Service performed on my 2018 CR-V. Jeremy was the person who handled my request for the A 7 Service. I also had a minor malfunction that I ask he would look at. He was able to diagnose the minor issue, told me it would take less than an hour to repair. Since I was waiting for my car during the A 7 service, it was very helpful to know the minor issue could also be addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Jeremy for the great communication. I just had a B 1 Service this week and it went great. In and out so fast. Easy to make an appointment, greeted nicely and a nice welcoming wait area. I had my oil and oil filter changed, and my tires rotated and balanced all in an hour or so. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.”

The sales rep that tended to my purchase was Alvin and I can't see why I wouldn't be going back to him for my next vehicle. Alvin was very polite and personable and very much appeared to be on my side. He was able to lower my down payment to $1,500 on a $40,000 LOW milage Big Horn that is still under factory warranty with a good interest rate and even included the plates in my down payment....and for the record I do not have perfect credit. “I love coming here. Oscar is the only therapist that has worked on me, and I’m one of his more challenging clients since I have a very particular set of needs. He gets me to such a better place, both emotionally and physically, each time I schedule a session with him. He’s very attentive, funny, and goal-oriented. The lobby is exceptionally clean and peaceful, the staff answers my every question and meets my every request, the rooms and restrooms and always very clean, and other therapists/clients are very mindful of others as I’ve never heard outside noise in my sessions. Booking online is actually relatively easy and booking over the phone is also simple. I’ve gone to other Elements throughout the country and have also had equivalent service, so with that said, I think it’s quite evident that Elements as a whole has very high expectations for their therapists and other staff. If I actually lived in NC, I’d be going to this Elements more frequently.”

In my case, they were willing to hold on to a new Dodge Durango for over a week while I sorted out the finance and titling of my trade-in vehicle. “I went to visit the church last Sunday and I really was blessed with the worship service but most of all hearing God's word. I was greeted as I came in the doors and during the service I was welcomed by First lady herself. It's a small humble beautiful church I love churches like these not many of these are appreciated. I couldn't believe Pastor Thomas plays the organ fixes the church and makes breakfast for his saints God sees it all Pastor Thomas your work is not in vain. It was nice to see the brothers in Christ singing. First lady gave the announcements. Testimonies were shared but best of all it was nice to see a brother who I ministered too came to Christ one of the members said God wanted to show you what I did through you with God's work. I cried happy tears. I pray that God will send more members to help First Lady and Pastor Thomas. As I was getting ready to leave the pew First lady came up to me to send me off I felt was like I was on cloud nine that she took the time to come over to me to say Goodbye. She hugged me and proceeded to walk my way to the doors when one of the elders stope to tell me don't go Pastor Thomas wants to say have a blessed week I told him I enjoyed his teaching and I told him I came from Victory in Jesus Christ and my fiancee and just got engaged a day before labor dayw are looking for a new church home closer to us. I thank Pastor Thomas for a blessful service and that my fiancee and I will be in the next service. If God is willing Amen. Churches and saints like Glorious church need to be recognized and acknowledge big churches need to help their small churches to thrive and Excel just as their big church too. Their is no such thing as One church is better than the other we are spreading the same message God loves you and let him in and watch what he can do in your life.Amen”
