“I love this place so much! I happened upon it exploring Corolla’s charming historic village and I’m so glad I did! This is not your typical touristy souvenir shop. The owners, Karen and John, are lifelong residents of the Outer Banks and they are A RIOT. I loved talking to them and I LOVED every item in their shop. So much that this is the third time in three days I visited them. Go there for the adorable clothing and eclectic decor, and stay awhile to enjoy conversation with the delightful shopkeepers!”

“This has been my nearest Walmart the 5 years I've been living in Raleigh and near a Super target. It's not too big of a loss that the McDonald's inside closed during Covid. Their food was greasier than any McDonald's I'd ever been too, and communication could be difficult at times. I'm also happy that I switched all of my prescriptions from their pharmacy to a different chain pharmacy down the street. At the pharmacy, lines were lengthy, employment were rude, and at times it was inconvenient to receive notifications that prescriptions were ready only to find out differently after parking and entering the store. It's a solid Walmart with all the regular needs. Sometimes it can be hard to order cakes online or get someone to come to the bakery, but their cakes are great for a good price. Bakery staff are typically friendly when they are available.”

She helped me get to the bottom of why my insurance wasn't going through properly and it took about an hour.... she was very patient with me. She made the experience very pleasant.... and for that whole hour she made me feel like I was a human being and not someone rushing me along... that's the difference between a person that is there for the check and being there because they actually care for the person well being.... even when the line started picking up she never changed her compassion towards me. unlike the lady I seen first... she seemed like I was getting on her nerves... but thanks to INDIA for being a people's champ:-)”

“I brought in an old 60s Hoyt Pro that I had inherited and had them look at it and give me an assessment to see if she was still able to shoot. I wish I would have got the name of the younger kid who helped me because he was awesome. He put a string on it, got the brace height just right and then got some arrows and we went and test fired it in their range. It shot like BUTTER, turned out to be an amazing bow. best part, when I asked if the kid helping me wanted to shoot it he acted genuinely happy that he was going to shoot the bow I had brought in. FANTASTIC experience I will be buying all my archery needs there.”
