I hired Crawford Home Improvements to fully renovate my deck, install a small front porch roof and make part of the deck screened in with ceiling fans. Everyone was easy to communicate with on scheduling and getting a clear quoted project contract was easy. The crew did great work everyday and you can really tell they were doing superb work. Even out working in some of the hotter days of the summer the crew was very professional and orderly. From the time we walked into the store, to meeting Sarah and Christine i knew this would be the company i could count on and they did not pressure me into anything. They treat you like family and are very down to earth. Sarah went above and beyond to help us pick out the best carpet and flooring for our needs and her team of installers were very pleasant, friendly and did an amazing job including moving all the heavy furniture and appliances ( costs a little extra but was way worth it!) plus cleanup afterwards. Sarah goes the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied which is becoming very rare nowadays. The backs were repaired and they redesigned the fastening system to be more durable. Reupholster job was equally well done with new foam. Very reasonably priced and fast turnaround.”

“We happened to be in the area. It was such a beautiful day and we wanted to walk around and enjoy it. We knew of Ferrington Village, but hadn't been in the area for quite sometime, but yesterday we changed that. So many interesting shops. We wandered into Dovecote, my daughter and I, couldn't resist looking at all of the beautiful things they have there. My daughter and I were greeted 3 different times with wonderful big smiles and courteous despite our less than "pretty "attire (we had been at an outdoor clean up event at Jordan Lake) so sweatshirts & rainboots were our dress. Lovely store, staff and merchandise. I can't wait to go back with more time to actually shop!”
