“EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online payment portal. Friendly reminders when time to pay. Has auto pay available. Excellent location! Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.”

“Everyone here was polite even though I showed up right before closing. Lot was clean and tidy and the forklift operator was cool for helping me load my pallet in a maybe not approved manner(but safe and a huge help). I will say their phone tree for setting up an appointment could use some help. I talked to 4 people and got handed off to different people even though I was asking for a simple appointment scheduled. Oh well like I said before Everyone was nice so this is ok. Won't be dreading having to hold large shipments at the Gardena Fed Ex dispatch in the future.”
