“So glad I found this place after moving to the area. In the past few months I’ve had to take out my tragus piercings twice and unfortunately can never get the left one back in. Both times Alicia was super friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable and was able to use a taper to get the piercing back in as quickly and as comfortably as possible. The second time this shop was closed so I tried another place and they tried to tell me it needed to be re-pierced. Luckily I had the sense to walk out and wait to get in at American Ultra and Alicia got my jewelry back in quick and easy for literally next to nothing. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate her for not trying to BS me into paying for a whole new piercing and going through the healing process again. Can’t recommend her enough!”
