“Mike is a pleasure and very talented. He did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing the tip on a older cue I had laying around. I also bought a handmade cue off of him and couldn’t be happier. You definitely receive a very high end cue stick for a very reasonable price. The cue is beautiful and truly one of a kind! “Went a couple times and i do agree the service was bad but i went back today to get some drunk elephant skin care and the younger woman that helped me today was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the skincare i was buying. She also made sure to give me a sample kit (the one DE gives you when you order from their website) She was thoughtful and also gave my mom her birthday gift which happened to be DE as well. There was also a special with little lipsticks and we each got one of those and well (the girl showed us all the colors first) Good experience also not crowded like the one inside the mall. Please keep up the good customer service people notice!!”

“This place is awesome I usually go there a couple times a week for lunch. I love that they have pizza by the slice not many pizza places have that anymore!! The pizza is always fresh and hot and the service is excellent. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good pizza place in Strongsville. Pepperoni has a little kick to it which is nice not usually a big fan of spicy but it's just them right amount of spice. Very affordable pizza look forward to going there all the time.”

“I ordered gluten-free bread for four people. $16 extra for gluten-free bread was way too much given the size of the finger sandwiches. It was maybe a slice and a half of bread per person. Otherwise the Tea Party to go was amazing. Lots of food which was very tasty, adorable party as I got the fairy tea party to go and my granddaughter loved it. Would definitely do it again but would not order gluten-free bad. ***** Follow up, Cona explained how the cost was derived for the GF bread, which I understood. Still, I thought this was a great deal and I would absolutely do it again.”

“We stopped in just to look around at the selection of gliders for our nursery and were assisted by Summer, who not only answered all of our many questions and put together about 12 different options with pricing, but did so in a relaxed, friendly way. We felt absolutely no pressure to leave with anything. She was so accommodating and made sure we found something we really wanted and had all the information we needed before we left. She even threw together yet another custom option and sent pics of fabric swatches, just to make sure the order was perfect, when we called back the next day and had changed our minds on color.
