I Recently 11/2022 added another piece of test equipment direct factory purchase. This November 2022 Siglent had a promo on the SDS2104X Plus Oscilloscope with Logic Analyzer Probes. My Experience Buying Direct from Siglent customer service was amazing. They answered questions, took the order over the phone, and dispatched it with in 24 Hours Unit it Arrived on time. Siglent Equipment I Have in the Lab. SDM3065X 6.5 Digit Multi Meter SDL1030X DC Load SDG2042X Function Generator SDS1104X-E Oscilloscope SPD3303X Power Supply (Used) SSA3021X Plus Spectrum Analyzer SDS2104X Plus Oscilloscope When I required a small part for a power supply that was out of warranty, purchased second hand, and broken in shipment, I called Siglent for a part number and they said don't worry about not a problem offered and sent the part free of change for a self install that was amazing. I even offered to pay for the part and shipping they declined. Siglent even publish the calibration procedures for some of their popular equipment you do not see that any more with the big money names. I did have an issue with the 6.5 digit DMM right out of the box which required an RMA, I Had to escalate the RMA to Management and Management Resolved it quickly and sent a Replacement the problem was gone on the replacement. Amazing Service. The Siglent Equipment in my opinion is very budget friendly with a lot of Features, Accuracy, and will not Brake The Bank. So far accuracy and reliability has been great. I do Recommend Siglent.”

“Fitness Serve is the place to buy your exercise equipment. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a Physiostep LXT recumbent exercise bike. Unfortunately, because of a sensitive back problem the bike’s seat was uncomfortable and the unit was a bit too tall to easily mount. Not a problem for Fitness Serve as they made modifications to the bike which included a new more comfortable seat for a sensitive back and a step up platform which made mounting the bike very easy. In short, the price was right and the service superior, including the delivery and set up employees. We’ll be coming back to Fitness Serve for all our future exercise equipment needs.”

You also get great customer service from people who are knowledgeable and very friendly! I can't stress enough that they have the best prices on juice. The prices have skyrocketed because of the governments over regulation and taxes on vape juice and products but Yeti is able to maintain good prices that compete with all the other stores in the area and out do them 👏 👍 over all my first visit was a good experience and its my store now. I saved 14 dollars because that's how much more expensive the other store is per bottle of juice 😆 Its insane. Cool store and cool people working there with reasonable prices.”
