“I was traveling through the area on the expressway when I got a flat tire. I've never been to Cleveland Ohio, I've never needed a repair on my car before and I was alone this past Saturday and scared as all get out. I was able to get a donut tire on my car but I had 8 more hours to travel and it would have been impossible for me. The car shop was closing in 1 hour and Frankie still took me in and helped me with getting a new tire. I also want to give kudos to the guy who did the replacement I didn't catch his name but he was ultra polite. I would recommend this shop to anyone.”

Here’s my story: I had to find a power supply and power chord for an HP computer since we lost it during the hurricane in Southwest Florida and I needed access to my HP computer. Called the HP store and they no longer carried it, but they gave me the name of some resell companies that should carry the power supply. Called those companies and they were stumped. However, one lady stated I should contact PC PartsUnlimited and ask to speak with Rob Rodick. She said if anyone would have it PC Parts unlimited in Ohio would and Rob would locate it. Called PC Parts Unlimited and spoke with Rob, he was able to locate the part efficiently and had it to me in a flash. So very thankful he found it.
