Jayson helped me find what I wanted to order for my wedding suit in the Ticknors catalog, then I tried on a couple different pants and jackets with Brian's help to get my correct size. They estimated a 10-14 day waiting time after I placed the order, but a week or two later they reached out and said my jacket was back-ordered, but it should still come in time for my wedding. I assume everything should fit well once it arrives based on the measurements and alteration notes they took during my initial visit. I appreciate everyone was open, kind and easy to talk to.
