“This is my go to rental car place. I have been coming here for years and ive never been disappointed. The staff knows me by face and i know them by name. I typically dont remember names unless its a positive experience. David and Chanel are generally the associates who help me. They try hard to get you in and out. This location is aleays my 1st choice. I dont really care for other rental car places because they dont give me the care,concern and great customer service like Avis in whitehall. Ill be visiting soon and have confidence my experience will be the same”

“My girlfriends and I rented a minivan for a girls trip. We pre paid online and I got text notifications about my rental. The vehicle was clean and roomy. It was brand new. We really enjoyed it. We got unlimited miles and filled it up prior to taking it back. Renting, picking up and drop off was very easy. The only thing that I didn't expect was the long line I waited in to pick up the vehicle. I had checked in online but still waited a decent amount of time to pick it up because there was a long line of people and only one person working. It kind of defeated the purpose of being able to check in ahead of time. I'd still rent from Budget again.”
