“5 Stars to Frank! I just drove away without pumping my gas. I was almost 30mins away when I realized. So just for the sake of trying I called, and Frank knew exactly who I was!!. He had been "bouncing it around, hoping I would come back." Can you believe that!? The attention to detail and customer service is beyond! Im not sure that anyone else would have even noticed because it seems the standard is low anymore and everyone is always on their phones during customer transactions. ( Not specific to this location -just in general!) Frank that really really made my day. “I took my car in after someone backed into the left front side of my car. Crash Champions was referred to me by the insurance company and the service was wonderful. They did everything in a timely manner, helping me with the insurance and rental car company. I had them do some additional work replacing a mirror as well. When I came in to get my car I thought it looked like a new car! They did a great job matching my habanero orange paint, and I swear it looked like they buffed out a lot of the little scratches that weren't related to the accident. Mike was very helpful and the office staff were great too. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!”

“I like this location because they have the option to buy new or exchange your propane tanks through the app and pick them up or exchange them through the kiosk right out front. You make the purchase online or through the Home Depot app then scan the QR code on the kiosk screen to continue with getting your tank. It’s so easy. I was having a hard time finding propane tank exchanges locally and also couldn’t figure out where to go to refill them. I found through my searches that these kiosks existed and it was so easy to do.”

“Decided to go off the beaten path this morning. Went to Lois Mann's on High Street. They have been at this location for 11 years and 40+ years at their previous location. My waitress was Julie, very good waitress that checked on me numerous times. Ordered a #5- 2 Eggs, hash browns and biscuit and gravy. The eggs were cooked to a perfect medium, the hash browns were made with skin on potatoes that had a phenomenal deep potato flavor. Could have just ordered a plate of them. On to the star of the show, you get this huge biscuit, perfect texture, split it open and pour a huge bowl of gravy on it. Gravy was made with a nice sausage. Yummmy!!! All this for $6.95. Cheap and delicious food is a major plus. On to what everyone talks about, the decor. Place is one big Christmas Decoration. And quite the collection of guitars all over the place. I will definitely have to come back for the lunch menu sometime. Everyone needs to check this place out, especially if you have kids.”

“OHR finished our basement and we highly recommend them. We chose OHR because they didn't try to pressure us, and did not try to push a "cookie cutter" project on us. Everything was customized to what we needed and wanted, and they worked with us to maximize what we got for our budget. A few things that stand out: 1) Communication and Timeliness: The project started almost exactly when they predicted it would, and was finished almost exactly when planned. The man in charge of our job (Todd) was here almost every day, and on the few days he wasn't here he would text to let us know not to expect anyone and why. He also always let us know when to expect subcontractors like electricians and plumbers. Jeff (co-owner) was here regularly to work and check up on the job. No one came through our home that we did not expect, and everyone was respectful and friendly. Our dog loved having so many visitors, and she has been a little depressed since the job ended because she's not getting as many belly rubs now. 2) Quality: Everything is well-done and customized to what we wanted. They really took their time on things like cabinetry and moulding. They even went back around and caulked to seal any tiny gaps between the floor moulding and wall, and they took their time installing our cabinetry so that it looks perfect. Renovation is messy, but they kept the mess in the basement to a minimum and upstairs offered to mop up the floor between the basement and back door. They also took into account things that you wouldn't see after the job was done, like noise dampening between a bedroom and the unfinished part of the basement containing the furnace and water heater, and extra blocking behind the drywall for heavy items we intended to hang on the wall like a tv. 3) Cost: We chose OHR because of quality, not because they were the cheapest, but even so they worked with us to get as much as we could for our budget. An example that stands out: The job was supposed to begin in late January/early February. During the week between Christmas and New Years they learned that prices on drywall were going up significantly on January 1st. They let us know, purchased the drywall before that happened, and brought it to the basement during that holiday week to avoid that price increase. Additionally, we chose to do the painting ourselves to save money, and they were careful to work time for that into the schedule before installing cabinetry and finish moulding so that we wouldn't have to paint around it. On the few occasions that an unexpected charge came up (for example, the shower pan we'd chosen was delayed by months and the one they could get right away was like $200 more) they let us know what the charge would be in advance and got our approval first. My only complaint about this job is that we didn't do it earlier. We love our basement, and would use OHR again.”
