“Went in for routine cleaning. Have been a patient for many years, by choice. Even when I moved 6 hrs drive away, I still continued to come back for cleanings and treatments. Staff is very friendly and professional. Facility is extremely clean. They never let me leave without making sure to ask if I have any questions or concerns. This place it very classy and they try very hard to make patients feel comfortable. Dr. Skasko is one, if not the best, dentist that does my dental work. Will not even consider going to anyone else unless it is a referral from this office. He stays up to date on all available procedures and options and so easy to talk to about my dental issues.”

“I keep reading all these reviews where people praise Leaders, but unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. Make sure you have a good list of what items you have. We had moved twice in 3 months, so our list was not complete since a lot of items we didn't remember/see when we were creating our list, so the items that weren't on the list were not taken - which I 100% get. It was just unfortunate that they couldn't take them and adjust the price for them. Several of those items were larger and wouldn't fit in our cars, so we had to hire another company to come back out and move the rest of the items. Also, within the first two loads of boxes being taken out, one of the guys (I think he was training) dropped several boxes and it didn't sound good. My husband witnessed it, we aren't unpacked yet - so we don't know if anything was broken. I am hoping everything is in tact! The crew themselves were very nice, personable, and hard workers. They moved my husbands gun safe with no problem and got it to our new home safely. I understand the business model of Leaders, and I'm sure if we had estimated better, it would have been fine. It was just taxing to go back to the rental house and see all of the items left behind and trying to figure out how to get them moved.”

“Unfortunately I had to take my car into the body shop because my vehicle got egged and it ate away at the paint. Honestly this is the best experience I have had with a body shop. They were very friendly from the start, and their process is down to a tee from start to finish. They found more than I could see myself and fixed everything. They keep you updated on your vehicle and how long it may take to be finished which a lot of body shops don’t do in my experience! They also cleaned and detailed the interior of my vehicle as well as the exterior when they were finished which is a first for me as well. If I ever need a body shop again - I will definitely be using them :) thank you !”

“Building a new home is as exciting as it is stressful. My husband and I built our home through Preferred Living in 2018 and their level of customer service exceeded our expectations. The best part is, they continue to be a partner to us—even though our home was completed months ago. The entire Preferred Living staff is 100% dedicated to serving the needs of their clients. From the sales office (especially Loni Long & Stephanie Florian) to the site project manager (Dave Ottavi) and all the way up to the executive staff, every area of Preferred Living came together to work as a team during our home construction project at the Bungalows at Mayfair. The team went above and beyond to ensure our home was built on time and on budget. No matter what concern, question or request to remedy we brought to their attention, Preferred Living was respectful of our preferences. For instance, there was an issue with the design of our driveway so Loni and team worked for several weeks to reposition our home on our lot to ensure we were happy with the configuration. This was no small effort--it meant flipping the house to a different layout and clearing out an entire section of the road in front of our home. This is just one of many instances where Preferred Living went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Similar to the experience of a previous reviewer, some of our fixtures weren’t up to our standards (or were broken) upon inspection and after we moved in, but a simple request to have these items fixed/replaced was all it took to rectify the issues we encountered.”

“A quick story: I had recently misplaced my wallet at a gas station just outside of Columbus. A month had gone by since misplacing it when I got a facebook message from Colt, of ACE complete Septic! He asked if I'd misplaced the wallet, and I of course responded that I had and went on to describe it. He offered to ship it to me, free of charge. I asked if the cash (a few hundred bucks) was still there, he said yes it was and even sent a photo of it. I asked if he'd be alright with my husband and I driving over (we live 3hrs away in Indiana). He said it wasn't necessary but if we were there before 10pm he'd be fine with it. We did drive over, Colt was nothing but neighborly and kind to us, and the wallet was returned in nearly the same condition. Save for the fact he had discovered it in the load of dirt that just came from his loader bucket! Not his fault, obviously :). Otherwise, everything that had been in there when I lost it was still there when he returned it. I can't express my gratitude to Colt enough. He did right by me, and when I offered a cash reward his immediate response was "nah, just pay it forward". ”

“I just learned that the owner of the Avis/Budget Worthington location bought this franchise because it was so troubled historically. It makes sense that Avis Corporate would turn to this owner to bail them out. He bought the Worthington location 5 years ago when that neighborhood was failing and he turned that office around. I haven't rented from this location for quite as long as I have from the Worthington office, but I can say that so far this owner has really made every attempt to get me the car I needed when I needed it. There have been no problems at all when I have rented here. I rent for months at a time and I exchange vehicles whenever it suits me. The owner even will deliver my new vehicle and take the old one away. I do know that the Avis/Budget Airport location controls which types of vehicles and the overall number of vehicles each rental office can have. I think that is where much of the ire should be directed. I have watched the Airport location send its drivers out to Hilliard and grab cars off the lot because they said the airport location was short. Literally, I have stood at the desk and watched cars reserved for Hilliard customers being driven away. Sometimes the owner warns me that cars may be in short supply; but on the day I need it, one has always been there. Maybe because I rent cars so often, I see more of how the business operates than the occasional renter does. I even use the owner of this location to book cars for me when I fly. Every time I have arrived in some city, an Avis/Budget car has been waiting just like he said it would be. The owner seems to be acutely aware of the issues he inherited and is trying to correct all of them.”
