“This is a nice park with a pond, swing sets, and a fairy trail. We also saw several deer while on the fairy trail. This park has no admission fee, so it's a great place for families.”

“Well maintained trails that are for the most part easy. There are some parts of trails that can be moderate. I enjoyed hiking the trails especially with the leaves changing colors. At the reserve there aren't any restrooms or playground equipment and parking is limited.”

“We stayed in the family house. Three adults and 7 kiddos. It's got a real "church youth group" retreat feel to it. The living room is uncomfortable and sparse. Tons of beds and they were fairly comfortable. The downstairs (basement) level is freezing but we liked that. The kitchen needs an island and it was barely stocked with enough tools to cook for 2 people let alone 10 to 20. No dish towels, no kitchen rug, one or two pots and pans, no plastic bowls or tupperware. It's definitely NOT like an Airbnb where there's a cabinet of odds and ends. We picked up groceries on our way only to find we needed to return to purchase coffee filters, salt and pepper and other things that are standard amenities when you rent a large home from airbnb. That stuff is cheap and should be provided. We left the remainder of our 200 filters (195) for the next person along with some other necessary supplies. Hopefully they will help out the next person. Maybe the staff just takes everything for themselves when folks leave? The sleeping rooms are carpeted and the large living/ dining area are hard flooring but there wasnt a vacuum or mop to be had in case you needed to clean up. Any house that is meant to accommodate large groups (with kids) should have those things. Especially when you're expected to leave it in the condition you found it. We went back to the store to buy a swifter mop and no matter how many times I mopped the floor was never clean and the mop pad was black with dirt. The Airbnb ad said it had a highchair which meant you had to go to the snack bar to get one of their wooden table highchairs. The kind restaurants have with no tray and not functional for any child under 6 months. The split level steps that go up and down arr completely unsafe for kids. The spindles are like 12+ inches apart and a small child could easily fall from the second level straight down to the bsmt. So that was another trip back to the store to spend $60 bucks on a walkthrough baby gate. Plus $20 on an electric screwdriver in case the baby was strong enough to push the tension mount and still tumble down the stairs. The gift shop is way overpriced but that's to be expected. One of the pool slides was broken and it was broken 4 yrs ago when we stayed in one of the larger cabins. But the pools and splash pads were great otherwise. Unfortunately, they don't open until 11am which kinda sucks for kids who wake up at 6am. I think 9am or 10am would be more appropriate. Another issue is that they're not really clear about how and when to sign up for the zip line and other paid activities. They need a booklet that gives accurate info like "all children must be present at sign up" and "you can sign up in advance". We wasted a lot of their and our time because of vague information. Another thing of note is that they have expanded since we were last here and now visiting guests have to park at the entrance and walk to the other side of the campground. So my cousins with kids had to carry their baby, and all their pool supplies, etc and drag their young kids across the grounds. Then go back for a watermelon. When it's 90 degrees. That really sucks. Overall, the staff was really friendly and the kids had a blast. It was just a rough stay for adults due to the dirty conditions, lack of supplies, no comfortable place to sit and relax in the house, having to drop off and pickup visiting family member (who pay to visit) at the entrance, and charging like three thousand dollars for 5 days of vacation that felt like work.”

“One of the largest dog runs I've been to. Separate areas for large, small, and mixed use. Also nearby great pet friendly trails. Several playgrounds for kids, picnic areas, restrooms, etc.”

“Long story short, we lost our camper on the way out to Ohio and needed an emergency camper to stay in at our final destination. We called Adventure, on the recommendation of a friend, and I am pretty sure he had the last camper to rent in the entire state of Ohio. He saved our trip!!!! We had the 2018 Keystone Passport 217EXP. The great: 1) Many many nice items are included in the camper like Ice maker, Keurig, bug spray, bug candles, extra-large fan and items you would never remember to bring.!!! 2) Entire camper was very very clean. 3) Bedding was also very clean 4) The only setup I did was put the key in the door to unlock the unit. All setup was done prior. (yes there was a fee for this, but worth it.) 5) Air con did the job 6) Did have to make a small adjustment on fridge, but after that perfect. 7) Tear down was done by Adventure. 8) Others at the campground also used Adventure and had same experience. If Adventure was not there to save the trip we would have probably had to turn around and head back home.”

“Cool place to visit. The lake is very calm and perfect for those learning to kayak or use a small boat. Take a walk in the woods, the trails are easy and the view inside is amazing. There is a trail with fairy houses which my daughter was very excited to see. Enjoy the adventure.”

“Overall a nice nature preserve with some great trails. One of the trail apps recommended a trail that's not completed and says at the preserve as proposed trail. There is some more than average trail maintenance going on in some areas but the maps at the trailhead doesn't mention any new trails. I liked all of the trails. Each one offered a different challenge. There are creek crossings, moderately steep parts of some trails and some that had lots of curves.”

“We took our dog here during the golden hour. There is plenty of conveniently located parking spots throughout the park. The trails aren't paved which was nice for our dog and we got to see people riding their horses which was pretty unique! Just watch out for horse poop! We explored the park for a while, taking our time walking around the pond, exploring the fairy garden and just generally taking in the beautiful scenery on a December afternoon. Our dog had a great time. There is also a dog park on the premises which was like icing on the cake for our pup! Lots to do and see! Highly recommend!”

“Happy New Year 2021 (Edited #2day) I moved to the Ohio EPA and I am well educated on the portmanteau #brending. Outstanding educational experience for the young and old over 500 state employees all working together like one well oiled machine. I have never worked with such a professional group of legal minded individuals in my life, if you haven't figured it out yet I am part of that machine and understand the power of the Internet and why and how it can affect the public perception of any local state federal agency. It is my honor and pleasure today to reach out to any internet user and suggest that they take the time to recognize a 5 star review rating. ♥”

“I have a doctor I see in town, and we got here early & came here on a whim! It's a very nice & clean playground. I've never been to a playground with a first aid kit like this park does so that's cool! Will have to come back next time I am in Granville.”

“Love this park! I grew up in the subdivision that it is in and it's filled with memories. Now I take my kids there and they love it. Weather it's the amazing sledding hills in the winter or using the pavilion and grills while the kids play on the new equipment in the spring, summer, and fall it's always a really good time.”

“good park, not really great for really little kids but a variety of climbing style stuff. my kiddo loves to go back and forth between the 2 playground areas. also the picnic area is great for scooter riding, especially for those of us living in the surrounding area with gravel driveways! almost always see other kids to play with while we're there.”
