“Victor (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable. This is my first time ever filing a homeowners insurance claim and it was due to hail and wind. I did not realize how much of a pain and hassle it was to deal with homeowners insurance companies! They try to fight you tooth and nail to get anything approved and even then try not to pay what it actually costs. I couldn’t have done it alone I would’ve been shut down fast and been left to cover the rest which I probably couldn’t have afforded. Victor never gave up and was by my side (electronically and sometimes in person depending on the need in the process) every step of the way helping me navigate documents, estimates, and breaking down his knowledge to where I could somewhat understand what was going on, what was right, what was wrong, and feel comfortable when responding to the insurance adjuster like I knew what I was talking about 😂. I feel truly blessed I came across Victor thanks to his wife responding to my post on Facebook when I was lost and didn’t know what to do as far as contractors, who to contact, what was right, what was wrong, etc. I was originally approached by a contractor who was VERY pushy and not very communicative with me so I decided not to move forward with him and made the post… I’m thankful for her also. The crews he sent out to do the work, were also great people and very professional… not one complaint. I’m telling you, if you want a contractor that cares, thoroughly understands the industry, won’t mislead you for selfish reasons, will listen to you, work with you as a team, and won’t leave you feeling like your contractor could’ve done more… Victor’s your guy!”

“SEEMS AS THO I've been waiting forever to have a Chick-fil-A in Massillon!!!! I am beyond excited!!! So we decided to check it out Saturday evening and I must say what a pleasure, it was definitely worth the wait. The atmosphere was amazing all the hustle and bustle of the kitchen is hidden behind a wall so you don't have it spilling out into the dining area... everyone seemed so relaxed while eating and enjoying themselves. I especially got a kick out of the hand washing station outside of the restroom....Also I had the pleasure of meeting the owner his wife and his children. What a wonderful family and I'm so glad that they decided to build and open a Chick-fil-A here for the locals to enjoy!! Thanks Again Dave”

If you're looking for a unique gift, I bet they have something that would interest you. Prices are very reasonable and the store is very clean and pretty organized. “I am incredibly pleased with the care that my mother-in-law is receiving at The Laurels of Massillon. The admission process was very easy. At the initial care conference, the social worker and the assistant director of nursing were very aware of my mother-in-law's background and answered all of my wife's questions. The staff on her wing are extremely kind and try to motivate her as much as possible. My wife can log in and see exactly what her mom's stats are at any given time. The rooms are very clean and I love that the facility is calm and does not have a "frantic" feel about it. Reception staff are very friendly, as well.”
