“I am incredibly pleased with the care that my mother-in-law is receiving at The Laurels of Massillon. The admission process was very easy. At the initial care conference, the social worker and the assistant director of nursing were very aware of my mother-in-law's background and answered all of my wife's questions. The staff on her wing are extremely kind and try to motivate her as much as possible. My wife can log in and see exactly what her mom's stats are at any given time. The rooms are very clean and I love that the facility is calm and does not have a "frantic" feel about it. Reception staff are very friendly, as well.”

“I was at quick care and was very impressed with the staff. Everyone from Jess and her staff was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Monaco and once again was very impressed and left the office feeling like the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Monaco was very kind and compassionate. Michele went above and beyond to help get a test approved from my insurance company that was not being taken care of from Joanne. Joanne was very rude and was not accomodating at all. I hope that my follow up appt does not reflect the unprofessionalism of one of the staff and i continue to have a good experience with the Crystal clinic since they were highly recommended! I would have given a 5 star but due to one bad apple i didnt feel it was appropriate.”

“First off, Dr Nannapaneni is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and was great through my entire pregnancy and c-section delivery. Her office staff are kind and Lisa is great as well! I would highly recommend this doctor. My first pregnancy was in Wichita, KS and I had a horrible experience through it all. This time was completely different and I appreciate her and her team so so much for that! Because I want to be completely transparent, the only negative I had was that she doesn’t accept cards, so I had to go through being reimbursed from my HSA account which was a pain, but not the end of the world and why I would never rate her less than 5 stars. -Adrea Gracia”
