“I got involved in a car accident and my insurance company works with Enterprise and had to use Honda Accord 2023 for 3 weeks. Everyone I have dealt with from the first phone call to the last in person for drop off were very professional and courteous. I must say that this company is one of the bright spots in one unfortunate incident. Geico ( other party's insurance company ) is great too. Triple A ( my insurance company ) failed in comparison to Enterprise and Geico in their overall professionalism in my opinion, I'd be switching come renewal and I'd be sticking with Enterprise for rental needs.”

“The staff at the Whitehall location were great, very friendly, very accommodating but the condition of the vehicle was just ok. It was a nice vehicle but there was a dent in one of the doors and the vehicle didn’t look like it had been washed. One of the young ladies did take it to the back and washed it for me. But that should have been taken care of before my rental. Also any damage should be a part of the vehicle history and annotated on any forms given to the customer but that was not the case. Again staff was great, car was not.”

With our most recent experience, we received another car after being told ours was not available. The car we received was in need of cleaning, which my wife and I did prior to loading it for our trip. I called and spoke with a representative and requested a notation be placed in our account. When we returned the car, the representative agreed to not only reimburse us for the car wash, but also agreed to an additional amount I requested being taken off our account. There were several sincere apologies and my wife and I will continue to use their services in the future. Even though the overall experience started in a negative manner, the representative provided excellent customer service and ensured we were happy before we left.”

“Thank you Daniel, for picking me up at the dealership. Pick up was easier than central booking made it sound. Drop off, wish I thought to ask ahead about leaving the car at the dealer, which was permitted since there was only one person in the office when I went by. The unplanned rental was just what I needed, when I didn't know I'd need it. Not this location's fault... Dodge Charger race car style seats are uncomfortable on the bum. The sides of the seat bottom flare up on both sides, making the flat middle of the seat more narrow, and press into the sides of your hips and upper thighs, where pressure is not typically applied. I sat on a folded towel to elevate my rear. I dont have a wide backside... even one of my coworkers said he found the passenger seat to have the same problem. The car does have plenty of cargo space. Not my favorite car, but happy to have a car to use.”

I remember way back when they were just a sub-level to average company that didn't really make me even want to walk in their door. Then BOOM! It seemed like from one trip to the next on an international flight through IAD, the company just "flipped that pancake" and completely reversed their strategies and quickly climbed the business ladder and left both Hertz and Avis far behind. One of those changes was how the company responds to feedback, and the fact that positive feedback is shared throughout the company is extremely impressive. This is a company serious about customer satisfaction, and if someone is legitimately not happy with their service, then they do everything they can to make things right. I simply cannot say enough about Enterprise. It is absolutely the best experience no matter which location I've visited (save one, where we had an issue that was promptly handled) and I've visited many across the US. Get your membership ... it's the best decision you'll make.”
